Wile E. Coyote Scene (Rescore)

Here’s a fun rescored Looney Tunes scene! This clip is from the 1955 short "Guided Muscle". Last semester we were tasked with weekly scoring assignments... this week we were to study Carl Stalling’s animation music from back in the day and create our own score in his signature style. After listening to Carl Stalling on every car drive for a week, I wrote this track! I also used old audio recorder static, EQ’d the mix to sound thin and old-timey, and made use of the close mics on all my samples for added authenticity (since back then they only had a few performers for these shorts, and thus would record much closer than a traditional orchestra).
